my version of an Egg McMuffin. I use much less than 28grams of cheese but this system doesn't allow for that.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich

1 egg
1 english muffin
1/4 tsp margarine
1 slice ham
1 slice cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Scramble the egg -place in small microwave safe custard dish

  2. cook egg on high for 48 seconds

  3. toast muffin, add margarine

  4. sandwhich together with cheese and ham
