1 slice ham
1/3 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp strawberry preserves
2 slices light whole bread
9 g slice fat free american cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Poor 1/3 cup egg beaters original egg substitute in a pan with non stick cooking spray

  2. In the same pan, cook the slice of ham

  3. start toasting the two slices of bread

  4. put a slice of cheese on one piece of toast and spread sugar free preserves on the other toast

  5. place cooked eggs on cheese

  6. place cooked ham on eggs

  7. top with toast with preserves

  8. eat
