Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Salad

3/4 cup frisee
3/4 cup arugula
1 tsp truffle oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 large egg, poached
2 medium slices bacon, grilled

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Salad

  1. Combine frisee and arugula and toss with oil and vinegar.

  2. Poach egg in water, 3-4 minutes.

  3. Grill bacon.

  4. Tops greens with egg and bacon.
