Its a very simple salad for breakfast or snack

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Salad with Kabocha

1/2 cup salad
3/10 cup cucumber
1/2 tomatoe
1/4 cup broccoli
1/2 cup winter squash

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Salad with Kabocha

  1. Just chop all ingredients. Simmer the squash and the broccoli (I put a Bay leave in).

  2. Put all together and add some salt and pepper. Enjoy warm.
