Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Roll Up

10 large egg, scrambled
10 tortilla, small, wheat
1 bacon
1 cup mild cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Roll Up

  1. Lay sliced ham onto tortilla; follow with the scrambled egg; and then cheese.

  2. Place on baking sheet in small toaster oven or broiler for approx. 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. Roll up and Enjoy!
