Super yummy & quick...Great for large crowds. Keep warm in oven on low until the table is ready for their extra helpings :)

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Rice

4 eggs, slightly scrambled
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, fried crispy
1/4 lb. breakfast sausage, crumbled & fried
4 c. instant rice
4 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Rice

  1. Crumble breakfast sausage, set aside, drain grease from skillet.

  2. Fry bacon crispy, set bacon aside, drain grease from skillet.

  3. Add eggs and slightly scramble in pan.

  4. Add chopped onions. Cook until eggs are done. Add seasonings.

  5. Add dry rice and mix together well. Add in the sausage and crumbled pieces of bacon. Mix in.

  6. Add water, cook until rice begins to boil.

  7. Turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes.

  8. Remove cover and fold in soy sauce.
