with Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry, too. they wont add.

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast

1/4 cups spinach
1/4 cups broccoli
3/20 cups edamame
1/4 cups green beans
1/2 cups spinach
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cups quinoa
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cups peas
9/20 cups gruyere cheese
3 cubes

Recipe Directions for breakfast

add all to pan with 1/2 cup water. you can cook the quinoa in advance if you prefer firmer veggies. i make it more like a stew. good when you are sick!
