Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quinoa

1/2 c quinoa
1/2 c apple juice
1/2 c nonfat milk
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 c slivered almonds

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quinoa

  1. Cook quinoa in apple juice and milk according to package directions.

  2. In the last 3 minutes add cranberries and almonds.

  3. Serve with plain yogurt.
