Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quinoa

1 cup water
1 cup Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 cup quinoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp honey
2 cups strawberries

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quinoa

  1. Rinse quinoa and combine in pot with water and almond milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla.

  2. Divide into 4 bowls. Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over each serving. Cover and refridgerate those that are for later. Serve warm or cold. Right before serving, top each serving with 1/2 cup of berries.
