Yummy breakfast quinoa with dried fruit and seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quinoa

1 c quinoa
1/2 c dried cranberries
4 dates
1/3 c pumpkin seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 sea salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quinoa

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions adding in cinnamon, nutmeg.

  2. Add in dried fruit after removing from heat.

  3. Before serving add sea salt to taste, coconut oil, and pumpkin seeds.
