1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened
3/10 cup quinoa
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quinoa part 2

  1. Add first three ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil

  2. Let cook 15 minutes, till quinoa is tender but still has a bite

  3. When quinoa is almost done, add small pieces of banana to the mix and heat through

  4. Serve hot in a bowl
