Healthy quiche with veggies and Canadian bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quiche with Veggies and Canadian Bacon

5 oz broccoli, chopped
7 oz zucchini, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 oz mushroom, chopped
6 oz Canadian bacon
12 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche with Veggies and Canadian Bacon

  1. Chop all veggies and Canadian Bacon

  2. Crack and separate all eggs to egg whites and whisk

  3. Mix all ingredients together and separate into to pie pans that are lightly sprayed with olive oil

  4. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until eggs are firm
