A wonderful breakfast quiche for brunch or breakfast. Loads of veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quiche

12 egg Organic Eggs
3 cups Baby Spinach
32 oz Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 large Onions
4 oz Fat Free Cheddar
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 cup Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche

cook sausage and then drain, cook mushrooms and onions until just tender, layer all veggies and meat and half of cheese, then mix eggs and milk and pour over top of the layers, once quiche has began setting up sprinkle top with remaining cheese, once done in the center cut and serve.
