A little bit of everything. I made this with the intention of not all the filling going into the crust. My son doesn't like Veggies and my daughter doesn't like tomatoes.I made the extra in ramakins and small baking dish. If you don't want to use heavy cream use evaporated skim milk. and calorie count goes to 161 a serving. Not bad. You can use 2 pie shells intead

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quiche

2 pie crust
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 cup ham
1/2 cup asparagus
1/2 cup tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche

bake pie crust at 450 for 5 min. take crust out, turn temp down to 350. dice all veggies and seed teh tomatoes. mix all together fill pie shell(s). place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-45 min till middle is set and not runny. let stand for 5 min. Enjoy!
