Quick and easy breakfast Can make ahead and store in fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quiche

12 large Egg Whites
2 eggs
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 cup frozen asparagus (chopped)
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste
156 grams ham slices

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche

  1. Spray 12 muffin tins or a 9 x 13 pan with baking spray

  2. Layer ham sliced on the bottom of the pan

  3. Combine the eggs, vegetables, cheese and spices in bowl and mix.

  4. Pour into muffin tins on top of the meat slices or pour into large pan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (may take longer for large pan) or until knife comes clean.
