An easy and filling crustless quiche. Good low-carb recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Quiche

6 eggs
3 cups spinach
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 oz feta cheese
15 oz of lean ground turkey
4 tbsp parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Beat eggs

  3. brown turkey sausage on stovetop

  4. mix all ingredients except parmesean cheese in bowl.

  5. Pour mixture into a 9x13 glass pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

  7. Sprinkle parmesean on top and broil for 5-7 minutes or until brown and crispy.
