A simple recipe that throws together all the great things about breakfast into one delicious pie. I bake this on a Sunday and eat a slice at work every day of the week!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast quiche

6 serving Original Crescent
0.75 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
2 cup Spinach
6 large Egg, White
6 large Egg, Whole
8 olives Greek Olives

Recipe Directions for Breakfast quiche

  1. Pop open the can of crescents. Peeling off one piece at a time, line the bottom of a springform pan with the dough, making sure to form a tight seal around the edges

  2. beat together the 6 eggs and 6 egg whites, adding any seasonings you like

  3. Pour the eggs into the springform, add the spinach, sprinkle the feta, and place the olives on top.

  4. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.

  5. Turn off the oven and let the quiche sit in the warm oven for another 5-10 minutes.

  6. Take the quiche out of the oven to let cool at least 20 minutes, then pop open the springform and slice into 6-8 servings.
