28 grams Fat Free Cheddar
4 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Regular
4 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Quiche, high protein/ low carb

  1. Use the ham as the crust.

  2. Separate ingredients into 6 muffin tins.

  3. Set the oven for 375 degrees.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
