Instead of the listed amount of Splenda Brown Sugar, this should be 1/2 cup brown sugar. I have a 0 cal version that I use which I could not find, so I estimated calories for the count.

3 1/2 cups Pumpkin Filling
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 tbsp Whipped Vegetable Oil Spread
4 tbsp Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 1/2 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 heaping+scoop Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Pumpkin Bars (HG cookie recipe inspired)

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or sprayed foil.

  3. Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, egg whites/substitute, and vanilla thoroughly.

  4. Add flour, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.

  5. Add oats and craisins and stir until evenly dispersed.

  6. Spoon batter onto the baking sheet. For full recipe, spread evenly. For half recipe, the batter can be spooned like cookies.

  7. Bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, about 20-30 minutes.
