Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Pudding

1/3 cup almond meal
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. syrup, sugar free

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Pudding

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and mix well.

  2. Microwave for 45 sec.

  3. Stir

  4. Microwave for 40 more sec.

  5. Stir, and add syrup
