Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Protein Shake

1 medium banana Bananas
1 cup, unthawed Strawberries
2 cup Fat Free Milk
1 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
2 serving Bioplex Whey Protein Isolate

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Protein Shake

I use frozen bananas and strawberries. Break the banana into 4 pieces and then blend all the ingredients together.
