Basically, a protein shake baked with an oatmeal crust...delicious : )

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Protein Bake

26 g Designer Whey Protein Powder, Strawberry
1 tbsp regular oats
90 g strawberries
1/2 cup mango
1/4 tsp sugar
1 oz Oikos Greek 0% Yogurt
1 1/10 oz Fat Free Light Activia, Vanilla
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Protein Bake

  1. Preheat oven/toaster oven to 350 to 400 degrees.

  2. Puree all ingredients in blender (with exception of oatmeal). If you have an orange, I'd suggest a bit of orange rind : )

  3. Add tbsp oatmeal to the bottom of an oven safe dish. Pour protein shake on top.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, and enjoy!
