Breakfast potato's to serve scrambled tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Potato's

2 c chopped red potato
1/2 c chopped onion
2 T garlic
1 T peppers
1/2 tsp salt
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Potato's

put olive oil in a non stick pan. Add all other ingredients. I added about 2 C of water and let the potato's cook down then brown.
