Potato fried in canola with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Potatoes w/veggies

1 Baking Potato
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 Green Pepper
3 Mushroom
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Canola oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Potatoes w/veggies

  1. cut potatoes into 1/2" pieces

  2. fry in oil

  3. when browned add vegetables and saute until crisp tender

  4. season with salt, pepper, paprika and Mrs Dash
