Breakfast potoates (from canned potatoes)

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Potatoes

1 1/2 cup potatoe
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Potatoes

  1. open and drain can of sliced pototoes.

  2. cook in pan w/ olive oil and garlic for 20 minutes on medium (until brown).

  3. add onions and cook for 5 minutes more.
