Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Potatoes

1 1/4 lb red potatoes
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
4 oz mushrooms
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Potatoes

Chop up potatoes and veggies. Sautee potatoes and onions in olive oil until potatoes are tender, add red peppers, mushrooms and chili powder and heat two more minutes.
