Peppers and onions with potatoes and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast potatoes

2 oz red bell pepper
2 oz green bell pepper
2 oz orange bell pepper
3 oz mushrooms, raw
3 oz onion
2 oz bacon bits
2 potatoes
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for breakfast potatoes

  1. cut bacon into 1" pieces and fry

  2. chop remaining ingredients into 1/2" pieces

  3. Remove bacon from pan

  4. Drain grease, remove grease from bacon bits

  5. wash pan

  6. add spray and olive oil to washed pan

  7. add onion and saute until clear

  8. add potatoes, saute for 10 minutes

  9. add remaining ingredients and saute until done.
