Amaranth/quinoa/oatmeal porridge with dates & apricots

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast porridge

1/3 cup amaranth
1/3 cup quinoa
1/3 cup oatmeal
50 g dates
30 g dried apricots
2 cups water
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast porridge

Add amaranth to 1 1/3 cup water in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes, then add rinsed and soaked quinoa, rinsed oats and another 1 1/3 cup of water. Simmer 10 more minutes or until grains are soft. Don't overcook. Add dates, apricots, almond milk.
