1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Popovers

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a heavy cast-iron popover pan of a muffin pan. preheat pan

  2. Place flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs, and milk and beat for about 2 minutes until smooth, or whirl in a blender for 45 seconds.

  3. Fill 10 popover or muffin cups half-full. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot
