Low Fat Version of Breakfast Pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Pizza

1 pound ground turkey
8 oz pizza dough
1 c hash brown potatoes, frozen
1 c 2% Cheddar Cheese
3 eggs
2 tablespoons Egg Beaters
1/4 c skim milk
1/2 t salt
1/8 t black pepper, ground
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Pizza

  1. Brown meat & drain

  2. flatten piza dough

  3. Top with Hashbrowns, turkey, & Cheddar

  4. Separately, beat eggs, egg beaters, milk, salk & pepper- Pour over pizza

  5. Top with Parmesan

  6. Bake at 350 20-30 minutes or until eggs are cooked
