veggie, meat, egg, and cheese breakfast pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast pizza

2 cup flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 cup hot water
1 cup spinach (fresh, shredded)
1 large egg
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 slices deli ham (chopped)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast pizza

  1. mix yeast into cup of hot water until dissolved

  2. add yeast/water mixture to flour in medium mixing bowl stir with fork until dough forms (may need more hot water, add as needed)

  3. need dough for 2-3 minutes then spread on greased pizza baking pan or stone

  4. scramble egg, egg beaters, and chopped spinach until done in skillet, sprinkle mixture evenly on pizza dough

  5. evenly place ham on top of egg mixture

  6. sprinkle evenly with mozzarella

  7. bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until crust is done
