This version is made with store-bought crescent dinner roll dough.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Pizza 1

16 ounce pork sausage
8 ounce refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Pizza 1

  1. Cook sausage.

  2. Roll out dough into a greased 9x13 pan. Press dough 1/2" up the sides.

  3. Sprinkle with sausage and then cheese. (Go in this order.)

  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and pepper and pour the cheese layer.

  5. Bake uncovered at 425 F for 18 minutes (and probably no more than 20) until eggs are not "jiggly."
