Recipe Ingredients for breakfast pita

1 whole wheat pita
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tblsp onions, chopped
6 slices tomato
4 tblsp broccoli
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for breakfast pita

  1. scramble eggs

  2. add chopped veggies and add to eggs, add spices to taste

  3. layer tomato inside the pita

  4. spoon eggs and veggies into pita

  5. note: cc calculates a pita at 170 cal, but you can find them for 140 cal so you may want to subtract 30 from the calories
