1 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.25 Teaspoon Thyme
0.125 cup Applesauce - Unsweetened
0.25 tsp Onion Powder
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Patties

  1. Mix together all ingredients well (use hands).

  2. Form into eight patties and cook in preheated nonstick skillet about two minutes per side or until cooked through.
