Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Pancake

1 egg white
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Pancake

  1. Heat small pan or griddle over medium high heat.

  2. Beat the egg white then add the remaining ingredients, stir together.

  3. Pour into pan, making sure it spreads out into pancake shape and cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2 minutes more.

  4. Serve.
