Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Out the Door

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
4 oz ground turkey, browned (patty+(4+oz,+raw)+(yield+after+cooking)) (serving) (serving)
4 strips red bell pepper, diced
1 dash sea salt
1 dash peppercorn, ground
1 slice Provolone cheese
2 servings (Archer Farms) Simply Balanced 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Out the Door

  1. Brown 1 serving of ground turkey.

  2. Dice the red bell pepper and put in small frying pan coated with olive oil.

  3. When heated through add the turkey and heat together briefly. Spread evenly around pan.

  4. Beat 2 large eggs together with 1 tablespoon of water and a healthy sprinkling of dried parsley.

  5. Pour eggs mixture evenly over meat and peppers.

  6. Cover the pan and cook thoroughly.

  7. Fold eggs in half and place cheese slice on top. Cover and heat til melted.

  8. Cut into 2 even portions and place on toasted bread cut in half.

  9. For easy travel, wrap in a paper towel.

  10. Yum!
