Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Omlet

1 1/2 eggs
1/4 cup red peppers
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/8 cup green onions
1/8 cup celery

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Omlet

Stir fry veg. in less than 1 teaspoon olive oil in stick free pan. Mix eggs with 1 tablesoon of water. add to stir fried vegtables in fry pan. continue to cook on med. low heat till solid
