1/4 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

  2. Cook over medium heat in pan sprayed with Pam
