Satisfying breakfast omelette, lightly spiced with paprika

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Omelette

4 egg whites
1/2 egg yolk
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1 freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Omelette

  1. Lightly beat the egg whites, egg yolk (you can omit the yolk for a healthier option), paprika and parmesan cheese

  2. Grease a skillet with the olive oil (I use olive oil spray) and pour in the egg mixture.

  3. Scatter the baby spinach leaves on top.

  4. When the omelette is ready, fold in half and heat for a few more minutes

  5. Serve and enjoy
