2 mushrooms
1/4 bell pepper
1/4 c spinach
1/8 onion

Recipe Directions for Breakfast omelet

  1. Chop veggies except spinach.

  2. Saute in pan for a few minutes.

  3. Add egg whites.

  4. Add spinach.

  5. Cook till done.
