Healthy Breakfast Omelet. Good for post workout with a slice of whole grain bread and some fat free salsa!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Omelet

1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 tbsp red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Omelet

  1. Saute veggies with garlic salt and pepper in a nonstick skillet with some cooking spray.

  2. Once veggies are lightly browned and cooked through, add egg substitute (I use egg beaters) and bring in sides, tilting pan to fill empty space with excess liquid until cooked through.
