Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Omelet

4 egg whites
1 small tomato
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 small onion
1/8 tbs salt
1/8 pepper
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups of spinach
1/2 cup Turkey

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Omelet

  1. dice tomato, onions, bell peppers spinach and cilantro

  2. in non-stick pan spray pan and fry oinion and bell peppers until soft and tomatoes and stir fry until dissolved add cooked turkey and stir fry until all meshed togater.

  3. in a bowl mix egg whites spinach and cilantro add veggie meat mix

  4. spray non stick pan again and add mix, cook on each side for 5mins and eat!
