Great idea for breakfast. Quick, easy, and delicious! I like to serve mine with a toasted english muffin and grape jelly.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Omelet Muffins

1 lb sausage
1 cup broccoli florets
8 medium eggs
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Omelet Muffins

Brown sausage. Add broccoli. Spoon out evenly into 12 muffin tins. Mix together other ingredients in large bowl, except cheese. Pour mixture over sausage and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
