Nice way to eat oats as part of a healthy breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Oats

100 g oats
5 g mixed spice
10 g light muscovado sugar

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oats

  1. Scatter the oats evenly on some foil placed on a baking tray

  2. Evenly sprinkle over the mixed spice and the sugar

  3. Put the baking tray on your grill pan, and cook under the grill on a medium setting for about 5-10 minutes, stirring once. You MUST watch them at all times to ensure they don't burn

  4. Serve with yoghurt or milk or fruit
