1/4 cup raisins
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup wheat germ, toasted
1 1/2 cups water

cook oats in water 2 minutes uncovered in microwave on power 10, add raisins cook another 1 minute, add wheat germ and ground seeds, stir and cover, let stand 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups. 1 serving is 1/2 cup.
