Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast oatmeal

20 2/5 grams Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 large Egg, White
4 3/5 grams Cinnamon, Ground
7 grams Raisins, Golden Seedless
3 serving (1 round tsp) Coffee, Instant, Regular, Powder

Recipe Directions for Breakfast oatmeal

  1. add water to oats and raisins and microwave for 30 seconds

  2. after fold in agg whites and microwave till on verge of overflowing bowl

  3. add more water and stir in coffee powder and cinnamon

  4. can add fifth of an apple or other fruit if desired
