Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Oatmeal

1/3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
1 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.02 cup, in shell, edible yield (4 nuts) Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oatmeal

Mix all together reserving 1/3 cup milk and bring to a boil. Serve with the 1/3 cup milk.
