Makes 3 servings



Smooth creamy oatmeal. Perfect for fall/winter breakfast. Hint of butterscotch flavor. You can substitute the milk for water as well.

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast - oatmeal

1 cup oats
1 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup 2% milk
4 tsp brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for breakfast - oatmeal

  1. Boil milk, water and oatmeal together.

  2. whisk together brown sugar, vanilla and egg white.

  3. Add mixture to oatmeal and stir.

  4. Mix in 1 tsp butter.

  5. Top with cinnamon.
