Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Oatmeal

3 1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oatmeal

  1. Boil water and sprinkle one cup of oatmeal, stirring well.

  2. When the porridge is smooth and beginning to thicken, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Turn off your stove and add in skim milk and any type of fruit you desire.
