1/2 cup oatmeal
2 T chopped walnuts
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 small banana
1 cup soymilk

  1. cook oatmeal per package directions (try steel-cut oatmeal)

  2. Top cooked oatmeal with walnuts, blueberries, banana, and some of the soymilk.

  3. drink remainder of soymilk with meal
